Our board consists of a dedicated and diversified group of business professionals from all fields: law, medicine, business, aquatics and education. We are committed to giving back to our community, after personally benefiting from aquatic sports.

John Yetter

Executive Director

John is the Senior Attorney at Sanders Law, a specialist firm focused on healthcare business structures and antitrust litigation.  He previously ran a multi-million dollar small business while also practicing litigation, appellate and governmental relations law.  He swam club in Chicago’s northwest suburbs for 12 years with the Arlington Alligators, Palatine Park District and Lattof YMCA, then varsity at Rolling Meadows High School and Northern Illinois University, achieving All-American honors.  He has in the past coached age group club swimming and now provides hundreds of volunteer hours a year as a referee for Illinois Swimming and USA Swimming.


Tony Cantrell

Vice President

Tony Cantrell is the Chief Operating Officer for United Furniture Industries, Inc., one of the largest furniture companies in America which manufactures the furniture brand license Simmons.  Tony has held multiple senior executive positions in both retail and manufacturing including time at Sears when the company was a Dow Jones component as well as being managing partner of a multi-million dollar import business.  He is a certified swim official and Volunteers at other charitable causes.  Tony and his family reside in Campton Hills.


Dan Mason


Dan Mason is a Finance Director in the auto industry. He is responsible for handling in excess of $50 million in transactions annually. He is also responsible for the proper processing of all legal documents at the county, state, and federal level. Dan is a state licensed Insurance Agent specializing in all personal and commercial lines.  Dan has coached youth football and currently volunteers hundreds of hours a year as an Official with USA Swimming.


Brett Milo


About Brett:

Brett is the president of The Milo Group, a 13 state manufacturer’s representative firm for the law enforcement and sporting goods industries. Brett has been involved with St Charles swimming since the age of 6 starting with the age group team. Continuing on through high school, he was part of the dominating state championship teams of St Charles High School in the mid 80’s.  Brett has returned to the club level to enjoy watching his 3 daughters excel in the sport. He is currently a referee with Illinois Swimming and USA Swimming.


Felicity Cantrell


Felicity Cantrell is a long-time resident of St. Charles and very active in the St. Charles schools, including holding many Board Executive Positions. She is the founder of the Scout Cantrell Aquatic Scholarship Program which provides free swim programs to children in need. She is also the Founder and Director of the For Scout Foundation, which to date has raised and donated over $150,000 to local charities. She is the proud wife of Tony, and proud mother of Katie and Scout.


Amanda Schleede


Amanda has over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting and company operations. She’s currently the Vice President, Operations & Administration for Abundant Venture Partners, LLC (AVP) in addition to 9 AVP portfolio companies. Amanda swam for St. Charles (SCST) for 8 years, including 4 years for St. Charles East High School Swimming and Water Polo. She now volunteers as an Illinois Swimming and USA Swimming referee and heads-up the Chicago Park District initiative to register over 2500 swimmers with Illinois/USA Swimming.


Dr. Craig Popp


Dr. Craig Popp is an orthopedic surgeon who joined Fox Valley Orthopedic Institute in Geneva, Illinois in 1998.  Dr. Popp’s focus is on comprehensive orthopedic spine care with an emphasis on sports related injuries of the spine, as well as minimally invasive and reconstructive procedures for degenerative disorders.  He received his Doctor of Medicine from University of Minnesota Medical School.  Dr. Popp followed medical school with an internship at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he also continued with a residency in orthopedic surgery. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic spine at the U.S.C. School of Medicine of Spine Fellowship in Los Angeles.  Dr. Popp is board-certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and Kane County Medical Society.


Tim Lewarchick


Tim Lewarchick is the Co-Head Coach for the St. Charles Swim Team, mainly coaching senior level swimmers.   Tim’s extensive coaching experience at the collegiate and high school levels spans more than 20 years and includes coaching an Olympic Athlete, an Olympic Trial finalist; Bronze Medalist in the Pan American Games; National Age Group record holders; as well as Sectional, Junior National, and Senior National level swimmers.  Between the years of 1990 – 2002, Tim was the Head Coach of FAST (Firestone Akron Swim Team).  During the years of 1991-2002, Tim also served as the Head Coach of Firestone High School Men’s and Women’s Team, where he produced 72 High School All-Americans and 5 Top 5 nationally ranked teams.  Tim served as the Assistant Coach for the University of Akron Women’s Swim Team.  He was awarded the “Ohio State Coach of the Year”.  He was also recognized as the “Lake Erie Coach of the Year”.  Tim joined the St. Charles Swim Team in the Fall of 2006.  He has nearly 20 years in aquatics programming.
